Both times there were only two reviewers, the only unpleasant thing was that one of them, probably from the Middle East, provided a few references that were not even from SCI journals. We had no choice but to follow suit.

I have submitted to INS, APIN, MECO, ADES, and ASCO, except for INS, none of them were sent for review. In the end, I could only choose a journal from the third district, and all the journals I submitted to this year have been downgraded to the third district.
Overall, the process was relatively quick, as the reviewers submitted their comments within one or two days. I was lucky to encounter good reviewers!
Most of the time was spent waiting for the editor's decision, with a small portion dedicated to formatting checks. I submitted the first time using a PDF generated directly from LaTeX, and the second time I was asked to package the entire LaTeX file.
