My situation is similar to yours. In the first round of review, 3 reviewers gave preliminary approval, 2 rejected and requested revisions, and 1 rejected. After submitting the revised manuscript, the editor emailed me informing that 1 reviewer still rejected it and I needed to persuade them, but I did not know the decisions of the other 5 reviewers. Does this mean that the other 5 reviewers have all accepted? Considering that one reviewer rejected the manuscript twice with harsh criticisms, what is the likelihood of the manuscript being accepted?

Maybe the email address was incorrect, as emails with Chinese characters may be flagged as spam. I initially submitted using my school email address, but the editor did not receive it. So, I registered a new email address on Outlook to communicate with the editor, and they were able to receive it.

The process was very fast. I received the first round of reviewer comments on the 27th after inquiring with the editor. It felt like two months had passed, so I sent an email to ask about the review results and the editor responded quickly. The editor is incredibly nice and almost always replies on the same day.

You can ask, the editor-in-chief is very approachable and responds to emails very promptly. The review process is very fast now, and it's possible that the review comments have already come back, but the editor-in-chief is unable to keep up. I usually send an email to inquire after about two months, and then the editor-in-chief quickly sends back the review comments.
