I submitted a computer science paper and had a good experience. After submission, the editor sent it to two reviewers, one accepted and one rejected. Every editor is responsible, deciding to submit a review is an acknowledgment that the article can be published in the journal, and they can certainly judge whether the review comments are arbitrary. After making revisions in May of this year, the manuscript was resubmitted, and the review results were received in approximately 33 days.
