Firstly, the review process is lengthy, often involving multiple rounds of revisions with new reviewers being brought in at each stage, sometimes even reaching R7, R8, with the editor still inviting new reviewers. After several cycles, a year can pass without any results, which is considered normal. Secondly, after acceptance, strange anonymous complaints are often received, which are forwarded to school and hospital leaders. Although these accusations are anonymous, some institutions actually take them seriously. |

We have been searching for a new reviewer, and the paper is still under review. The process is too slow. |

I am speechless, it still requires major revisions. Is my paper really that poorly written? |
