2019-12-09 16:29:56 評論於 This junk publication, where I submitted the manuscript to in August 2018. I was requested to correct format. Once I asked in August 2019 and I was asked to change the format again. I didn't know what to change but still submitted it for the second time. Then I was replied that I needed change the format, and I ignored him this time. After the revision in 2019, it was transferred to another journal. The editor said that the repetition rate was too high. After checking, I found that it was posted online by the university where the journal belongs to. I sent them email and they gave a perfunctory reply. No reply at all for the second time. This journal belongs to a university in the Philippines. How can I protect my rights? (1) 讚！ | langhu |
