Submitted on September 29th, 25 years, it was not until the end of December that major revisions were given, taking one month. The major revisions were submitted on January 25th, and acceptance was shown on February 8th. The process was still quite slow. Two reviewers were invited at that time, and it was a standard review process. I am not sure if it will be promoted in 26 years.
