The first review will return at the end of January 2026, and it is still in the UR. I sent an email saying that there is only one accepted manuscript for the first review, and continuous invitations are still being sent out. The dates are updated every week. If no one accepts the manuscript, the invitations will not continue indefinitely. I am in a hurry, I need it for graduation.

After being rejected several times, I submitted to Biochemical Pharmacology with hope. Within a week of submission, I was invited to review by two reviewers. About two weeks later, both reviewers agreed to review. After about a month, minor revisions were requested, with a deadline of three weeks. The revised manuscript was submitted two weeks later. One week later, one of the reviewers insisted that I cite relevant literature and discuss it. After making the necessary additions, the manuscript was resubmitted and accepted within two days. Overall, I feel that the difficulty in our field is not too great, perhaps it depends on the reviewers, and luck plays a role.

I also encountered a rejection and was asked to resubmit with additional experiments. The editor said that the submission has been closed, but believes that readers will be interested in my research. It is recommended to resubmit with additional experiments following the advice of reviewer 1 (reviewer 2 said it was good with no comments).
