Our research focuses on the ecology of webcap fungi, with a main emphasis on classification and diversity. The articles we have published have expanded the global and Chinese species diversity of webcap fungi, discovering 17 new species and 9 new varieties. We have also developed a new method for species delimitation. Standardization of taxonomy has been emphasized, along with the protection of microbial habitats, designating Changbai Mountain as a microbial protected area.
