How long have you been rejected for? I was rejected on Jan 22 by the editor, then on Jan 24 with the editor again, and today on the 27th, there is still no response.

Arrange two reviewers, one of whom had no objections, praised it and passed it. The other reviewer quickly skimmed through the article, didn't even look at the pictures clearly, and couldn't understand the layout of the article. The questions raised were all issues that had already been resolved in the article. After the second round of revisions, it was rejected outright. Very speechless. The editor had no judgment of his own and blindly followed the unreasonable suggestions of the reviewers.

The resubmission was accepted, and it took a month for revisions. The reviewers took a couple of months to review it, and then it was accepted. It was still reviewed by the original reviewer.
