The external audit experience lasted nearly two months, and the comments finally came back on September 30, 2024. There were two reviewers, and their comments were all right. There were not many experiments that needed to be supplemented. I wonder if there is any expert who can help me with this confusion: What should I do if, after completing the supplementary experiments and resubmitting, a new set of issues are raised by the new editor and reviewers, leading to rejection and resubmission again? Isn't it a waste of time to keep doing this? After all, graduation is approaching.
