Last night the countdown reset to zero, and on August 4th it started under review again. It is unclear whether a new reviewer has been assigned or if the two previous reviewers have had their time reset, as they had accepted the review invitation but did not submit their comments within the specified timeframe. As of the evening of the 3rd, it was still at 0 completion.

It was very difficult to find reviewers this year, which resulted in a very extreme number of reviewers for my two submissions to JHM, and the process also took a lot of time.
