After receiving it, I sent an email containing a Word version of the corrected draft and an image of an invoice. The Word document was correct, but the article title and author on the invoice image were wrong, although the article number was correct. They also did not ask for the manuscript review fee. This journal accepts submissions by email, which is very convenient. The peer review process was faster than I expected; the editor replied within a little over a month. I feel that the content of the article has a good chance of being accepted. Upon submission, you will receive an email requesting a plagiarism check report, preferably with a proofreading report as well. The page fee is $50 per page. The only inconvenience is that online payment is not supported.
