This journal accepts submissions by email, which is very convenient. The peer review process was faster than I expected; the editor replied within a little over a month. I feel that the content of the article has a good chance of being accepted. Upon submission, you will receive an email requesting a plagiarism check report, preferably with a proofreading report as well. The page fee is $50 per page. The only inconvenience is that online payment is not supported.
