Very slow!!! I will never submit to this journal again in the future. It has been delayed for half a year. The reviewers have already agreed to accept it, but the editor keeps dragging and not processing it, constantly changing between DIP and with editor. I have no idea what they are doing! 1.19 underwent another major revision. The editor-in-chief first acknowledged the originality of the manuscript and provided 7 comments, 6 of which were supplementary to the content and formatting of the original manuscript, and one was to add an experiment. Reviewer 1 also had a question, requesting the addition of a small experiment. A total of 10 days were given for revisions.

On 1.22 afternoon, the revised manuscript was submitted again, just approved, and immediately "with editor". It may not be sent for review again.
