You have been in "editor invited" status for two months, which means you haven't found a responsible editor yet. After a month in "editor invited" status, I sent an email to inquire when I would know if it would be sent for review or rejected. The editor-in-chief apologized to me and immediately sent it for review. The review process took 3 months, and I spent two months supplementing data. After about two weeks, it was accepted directly!
