Review Speed: 1.0 Experience Sharing: "Under consideration" and "under review" have the same meaning. The review process may involve major revisions. The beginning of the letter states: "I regret to inform you that the above-referenced manuscript is not acceptable in its current form for publication in The FASEB Journal, based on an editorial assessment and reviewer comments. The reviewer comments are at the end of this letter. The editors, however, find the work to be of interest and would encourage the authors to resubmit the manuscript if they can resolve satisfactorily the concerns raised by the reviewers. Review speed: 1.0 Experience sharing: Submitted on September 2, 2017, and directly under consideration on September 3, 2017. There was no "under review" process after that. The review comments were returned on October 2, 2017, with minor revisions requested. The first paragraph of the review comments is as follows: "The initial review of your manuscript referenced above is complete. I am pleased to inform you that the manuscript will be acceptable for publication in The FASEB Journal pending satisfactory revision as requested by the reviewers. These comments are at the end of this letter." There was a delay due to other matters, and the revisions were not completed until October 19. Then, it was accepted on October 23
