The journal is very efficient, with a submission to acceptance time of one and a half months. There was a small incident where the second reviewer was revoked after submitting their modifications, but a third reviewer was quickly found, adding a week to the process. The feedback was very constructive, and the revised manuscript was accepted without further revisions. It was a smooth submission experience.

However, it must be noted that the publication fee is too expensive, at over 29,000 RMB, and for institutions within China, it must be paid through an intermediary company, with a 3% value-added tax. Some schools may have difficulty reimbursing this expense, so it is important to be mindful of this issue.

This journal is exceptionally terrible, incredibly slow. Initially went through 4 reviewers, very slow, and ended up with two rejections, no chance for revisions. The other two, one major revision and one minor revision. The editor notified me for revisions, I didn't think there was much hope, so I ignored it. The editor reminded me several times, and finally, I had to make serious revisions and resubmit. Both reviewers agreed to publish, but the editor also had to review.
